Fred is the Principal at Focused Mortgage And Protection Solutions and has been giving advice on mortgages and insurance since 2005, helping many clients to purchase and remortgage their homes and providing protection solutions with the many insurance options available.
Fred offers an independent mortgage service and advice on non investment protection products such as term assurance, income protection and critical illness cover, as well as buildings and contents, accident, sickness and unemployment and private medical insurance from a range of insurers.
In his spare time Fred likes watching football, writing and spending time with his family.
What will you have to pay for our services?
Mortgages
We charge a fee of £395 which falls due on receipt of a valid mortgage offer for the recommended mortgage deal. We may also receive a commission from the lender for placing the business.
This fee will be paid directly by you at the above time. It should also be noted we do not provide a refund should you decide not to proceed with the mortgage loan after the mortgage offer has been received.
Insurances
We do not charge a fee for these services as we will receive commission from the policy provider.
